This policy explains what we collect when you place an order, why we need it, and how long we keep it.

1. What we collect
When you place an order we collect the email address, name or institution, and shipping address you enter at checkout, together with the contents of the order, the cryptocurrency and amount due, the receiving address shown to you, and any transaction hash you provide.
We do not ask for and do not store payment card details, bank credentials, or wallet private keys.
2. Why we use it
To create and price your order, to match your blockchain transfer against it, to ship the goods, to answer your support questions, to issue a certificate of analysis, and to keep the accounting and tax records we are required to keep.
3. Blockchain data
Payments are made on public blockchains. Transaction hashes, sending and receiving addresses, and amounts are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us. We only record the transaction hash, the receiving address we published, and the amount due for your order.
4. Who we share it with
We share your name and shipping address with the carrier delivering your order, and we use email delivery to confirm order status. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
5. Cookies and local storage
Your cart and your research-use acknowledgement are stored in your own browser so they survive a page reload. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, honour the purity guarantee, and satisfy accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete the personal details of an order once it is complete, unless we are required to retain them.
7. Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing fastusshipper@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm what we have done within 30 days.
8. Children
This site sells laboratory materials to verified researchers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
